The BiSciCol team is feeling very prolific!! After several brainstorming sessions in the past several weeks, especially after a short retreat at the Museum of Vertebrate Zoology, UC Berkeley, we feel we really have a plan to propose to the scientific collection community. Find more in our blog.
I am interested in the evolution, systematics and biogeography of flowering plants, especially Melastomataceae and Campanulaceae. To make my life more complicated, I am also a co-developer of web tools (TOLKIN, BiSciCol and RegNum) that serve the biodiversity and phyloinformatics communities. To top this off, I am generally interested in semantic data integration and interoperability.
